Driving time is approximately 4 Hours and 30
Minutes to drive the 160 miles between Miami and

Where is the Fort Lauderdale Airport Station"?
Go outside of the baggage claim area at all
terminals and walk to your immediate right. At
the end of each terminal building is a sign that
says "Ground Shuttles" - That is where we pick
up!
What is the distance between Miami & Key West?
Driving time is approximately 3 Hours and 45
Minutes to drive the 160 miles between Miami and
Key West.
Where is the Miami Airport Station"?
Go outside of the baggage claim area at Terminal
D (American Airlines) and cross over to the 2nd
Island where you will see a sign that says
"Ground Transportation". We pick up right where
the City Bus (Metro) picks up at by the soda
machines.
Does the
Florida Express Bus service any of the other
towns in the Keys?
Yes, we sure do! The fare is the same as Key
West. We also service Tavernier, Islamorada,
Marathon and Big Pine - all at the same fare as
Key West and we provide Door to Door Service on
all of our Keys Shuttles ANYWHERE in the Florida
Keys!

We offer complimentary to ALL hotels and private
residences ANYWHERE in the Florida Keys and Key

What is "Station to Station"?
Station to Station Trips have specific pick up
and drop off locations. This mean you have to be
at our Station Location 20 Minutes prior to the
scheduled pick up time.

What is "Door to Door"
Door to Door Trips run very differently. The
times published on our website are approximate
because we pick you up at your home, hotel or
air/sea port and drop you off anywhere you want
to go! (Service Area Limitations apply - please
click on the trip number for more detailed
information our pick up service areas)
How
does the Door to Door work?
This
is a shared van-shuttle that picks passengers up
from a hotel, home or anywhere else specified at
the customers request when making a reservation.
The pick up times can vary depending on what
part of town you're located in. (Out of service
area rates may be additional - call us for
details). After we pick all of our passengers
up, the van will head to it's destination and
begin dropping passengers off one by one at each
of their destination addresses.
How do I get to

We offer daily bus service from both Miami &
Fort Lauderdale directly to Universal Studios /
Disney World / Sea World on Trip

We do! Southbound Trips from Orlando to Ft.

What time does the bus leave from the stations?
The bus leaves at the time specified from the
stations. You are requested to be there at least
20 minutes prior to departure time. Please check
the trip, location and time you selected. If you
are leaving from one of our scheduled stops or
hotels times on the schedules are approximate
pick up and drop off times.
I am running late, will you hold the bus?
NO. We will not hold the bus for any reason.
Please do not call and ask us to do so.
I
missed the bus, do I get a refund?
NO, no refunds will be issued for missing the
bus.
I
missed the bus can I reschedule to a different
time for free?
NO. If you wish to take a different trip you
must rebook and repay for the new trip.
The bus ran late, do I get a refund or
discount?
NO, the bus can run late for many reasons, the
most common being traffic. As much as we would
like to we do not control the traffic conditions
on the road.
What exactly is included in my reservation?
Transportation to and from a location.
Anything extra such as movies or snacks is an
amenity that we may provide and should not be
considered an expectation of travel.
Where are your stations?
We utilize different stations that the bus departs from depending upon the
trip selected. All addresses are listed on this
site next to your trip selection as well as in
your confirmation email.
When should I book my reservation?
As soon as you know you want to go. Waiting
until the last minute could result in the bus
being sold out already and you may not be able
to travel.
When
can I expect to receive my confirmation e-mail?
If you
book during our normal business hours, you
should receive it within an hour. If you book
after hours, you'll receive your confirmation
the next day.
What
do I do if I haven't received my confirmation
number?
The
first thing you should do is check your spam
folder. If you still haven't received it, please
call us during normal business hours. Please
note that we are not responsible for emails not
received. This is why we suggest booking in
advance and not waiting for the last possible
minute.
Door to Door Q and A
Door to Door picks up and drops off within the
city limits. Your exact pick up time will be
verified by telephone the night prior to your
trip from our dispatcher. There is an additional
fee for Airport, Seaport and out of service area
pick ups & drop offs.
Miami
door to door service is available North of
Kendall Drive and East of SW 117th Avenue. We do
offer pick up and drop off service at Miami
Intl. Airport (at Terminal J in front of Avianca
Airlines) and Port of Miami for an additional
fee of $20.00.
Fort Lauderdale
door to door service is available in areas East
of the Turnpike. We do offer pick up and drop
off service at Ft. Lauderdale Airport and Port
Everglades for an additional fee of $20.00
Orlando
door to door service is available South of
Altamonte Springs and North of Kissimmee
(Highway 192). We do offer pick up service at
Orlando International Airport and the Walt
Disney World Resort in Lake Buena Vista for an
additional fee of $20.00
Tampa
door to door service is available only within
the city limits of Tampa, otherwise you must go
to one of the station locations listed. We do
offer pick up and drop off service at Tampa
Intl. Airport and Port of Tampa for an
additional fee of $20.00.
Note To Passengers From
Lutz, New Tampa & Pasco County: The closest location
we are able to pick up or drop off is at the
intersection of Bruce B. Downs Blvd and Fletcher
Ave.
Note To Passengers From St Petersburg, Clearwater,
and Pinellas County: The closest location we are
able to pick up or drop off is at the intersection
of Dale Mabry Hwy and I-275 Shell gas Station
Note To Passengers From Oldsmar: The closest
location we are able to pick up or drop off is at
Sheldon Rd and Hillsborough Ave (SR-580) by
Albertson Supermarket
Note To Passengers From Plant City & Lakeland: The
closest location we are able to pick up or drop off
is at I-4 Exit 10 (Mango) by Flying-J gas station
